A visit planned around the location
A roof edge, garden structure and wall cavity can present very different access. Explain the position from a place you can already observe, along with any shared access or nearby work areas.
The assessment would establish what is present and which options are appropriate. A photograph of an individual insect is not a promise that a particular method can be used at the property.
Treatment and physical nest removal are separate questions. Height, building fabric and access restrictions can change what is possible, so those limits belong in the proposal before anything is agreed.
What to discuss before an inspection explains the practical information that can help the first conversation.
Useful answers
Questions about the scope.
For anything specific to the premises, include a short note with your enquiry.
What if the insects may be bees?
Choose Not sure in the enquiry. Identification comes before a proposal; this page does not offer bee treatment or claim to identify insects from a description.
Will the nest be taken away?
That cannot be assumed. Assessment, any appropriate treatment and physical removal have different access requirements and would be scoped separately.
Can a visit be arranged for today?
Fieldmark arranges visits by agreement and does not offer emergency call-outs. The timing choice is a preference, and the reply agrees a date. This demo site sends nothing.
What if birds are nesting near the wasps?
Fieldmark does not deal with birds. General guidance, not legal advice: in England and Wales, the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 makes it an offence, subject to limited exceptions, to intentionally take, damage or destroy the nest of a wild bird while it is in use or being built. Mention any nesting birds in the optional note.
